Report an issue from the app
The fastest way to reach us is from inside Proliferate itself. Open the account menu (click your avatar in the bottom-left corner) and choose Send feedback, or press ⌘S (Ctrl+S on Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app.
That opens a Report issue window where you can:
- Describe what happened.
- Drag, drop, or paste in screenshots and other files.
- Choose which workspace's diagnostics to include- your most recent one, a specific one you pick, or none at all.
- Optionally let us include your written message in the public GitHub issue we file for it (diagnostics and attachments always stay private either way).

The in-app Report issue window: a 'What happened?' text field, an attachments drop zone, a diagnostics scope picker (most recent workspace / choose workspace / app only), and a consent checkbox for including the message in the public GitHub issue.
Reports you send this way are tracked automatically, so you don't need to also file a GitHub issue for the same thing.

Before you write in
If you use the in-app Report issue window, workspace diagnostics are attached for you based on the scope you pick. If you're emailing or filing a GitHub issue directly, include:
- What you were trying to do.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Your Proliferate version, shown at the bottom of the account menu (click your avatar in the bottom-left corner).
- A screenshot or terminal output if relevant.
