White-labeling
Customize branding for your deployment.
Self-hosted installs run in single-org mode: your whole instance is one organization, so the name and logo you set for it are effectively the branding your whole team sees.
What you can customize today
In the desktop app, open Settings → Organization. Admins can set:
- Organization name, shown wherever your instance identifies itself: the organization switcher, the account sidebar, and shared workspace views. Up to 255 characters.
- Logo, a square image shown next to the name in the same places. PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF, up to 256 KB.

Changes apply immediately for everyone in the organization; there is nothing to restart on the server.
What is not customizable yet
The desktop application itself is still Proliferate-branded: the app name, window title, taskbar/dock icon, and color theme are fixed. Organization name and logo cover the workspace identity inside the app, not the shell around it.
If a deeper rebrand (application name, icon, or theme) is a requirement for your rollout, contact us and we will work with you directly.
